Our History

Cagle Funeral Home was founded in 1949 by William Olen Cagle, Sr., whose vision and dedication laid the foundation of compassionate service. Together with his sons, Bob and John, Olen operated the funeral home as a family partnership until 1970. At that time Bob Cagle became sole owner, continuing the legacy with his wife, Helen Cagle, and later their son, David Cagle.

Though Olen, Bob, Helen, and David have since passed, their spirit lives on through the next generation. Today, their granddaughter and daughter, Kaylea Cagle Petty, carries forward the values they held dear-honoring families with dignity, care, and heartfelt service.

For over seven decades, Cagle Funeral Home has remained rooted in love, compassion, and community. Each generation has built upon the last, ensuring that the legacy of the Cagle family continues to comfort and guide those we serve.
