Mr. William Waters, age 63 of Jasper, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.

Mr. Waters is survived by his wife, Carol Waters of Jasper; son, Kelvin Waters of TN; sisters, Tava Long of Jasper, Linda Waters of Jasper, Patricia Parks of Ellijay, Yvonne Padgett of Blue Ridge, and Arlene Waters of Ellijay; several grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William P. & Ruth Waters; son, Billy Joe Waters; and daughter, Felicia Waters.

Visitation is Wednesday, September 28, 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Thursday, 9:00 am until 9:00 pm, and Friday, 9:00 am until prior to the funeral service.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, September 30, 2022 at Arbor Hill Baptist Church, with Rev. Sanford Fountain officiating.

Interment will be at the church cemetery following the funeral service.

Pallbearers: Leonard Waters, Gary Waters, Doug Padgett, Brent Padgett, Patrick McCoy, and Tyler Padgett.

The family will accept flowers or donate to Cagle Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
