Wesly Castro Simon, de 35 años, falleció el jueves 27 de febrero de 2025. Nació el 22 de julio de 1989 en San Juan, Comalapa, Guatemala, hijo de Roberto Castro Roquel y Marcelina Simon Castro.

Wesly trabajaba como plomero y se enorgullecía de lo que hacía. Le encantaba el fútbol, ​​andar en moto de cross y tocar el bajo. Estas eran las cosas que lo hacían feliz y compartía esa alegría con todos los que lo rodeaban. Aunque su vida se vio truncada, el recuerdo de Wesly vivirá en los corazones de su familia y amigos. Tocó la vida de muchas personas y deja un legado de amor, pasión y resiliencia.

Su pérdida será sentida profundamente por su familia sobreviviente: su esposa, Erica Maribel Castro; su hijo, Brayam Roberto Castro Simon; su madre y su padre; su hermano, Abner Noel Castro Simon; y sus hermanas, Libna Rokssana Castro Simon y Evelia Aurora Castro Simon.

Wesly Castro Simon, age 35, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025. He was born on July 22, 1989, in San Juan, Comalapa, Guatemala to his parents, Roberto Castro Roquel and Marcelina Simon Castro.

Wesly worked as a plumber and took pride in what he did. He loved soccer, riding dirt bikes, and playing bass guitar. These were the things that made him happy, and he shared that joy with everyone around him. Though his life was cut short, Wesly's memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. He touched the lives of so many and leaves behind a legacy of love, passion, and resilience.

His loss will be deeply felt by his surviving family: his wife, Erica Maribel Castro; his son, Brayam Roberto Castro Simon; his mother and father; his brother, Abner Noel Castro Simon; and his sisters, Libna Rokssana Castro Simon and Evelia Aurora Castro Simon.

The family will receive friends at Cagle Funeral Home, Tuesday, March 4, 2025 from 2PM til 5:45PM. Service will follow at 6PM in The Robert A. Cagle Memorial Chapel.

Wesley will be laid to rest in his homeland of Guatemala.
