Wanda Sue
Disharoon
Apr 5, 1957 — Sep 6, 2024
Wanda Sue Disharoon, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on September 6, 2024. Born on April 5, 1957, in Tate, Georgia, to Mr. AJ Brady and Mrs. Nannie Lou Kendrick Brady, Wanda was one of eight children in a close-knit family.
Wanda's infectious sense of humor and playful spirit made her a joy to be around. She had a unique ability to bring laughter and light to any room, and her silliness was cherished by all who knew her. Wanda's love for life was evident in her many passions, including fishing, listening to music, and enjoying a good time with friends and family. She had a particular fondness for unicorns, playing the "ding ding" machines, and savoring sweets, especially Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Above all, Wanda adored her family. She was a devoted mother to her two children and a doting Nana to her three grandchildren. Her love for them was boundless, and she took immense pride in capturing their precious moments through photographs. Wanda's home was filled with wallpaper collages and family calendars, a testament to her deep affection for her loved ones. These pictures brought her immense joy and were a constant reminder of the love and happiness they shared. Wanda's legacy of laughter, love, and family traditions will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her spirit and joy will forever be remembered.
