On September 24, 2022, Thomas Luke (Tommy) Turner passed away peacefully. Tommy was born on December 14, 1940 to Thomas and Clara Turner in Tate, Georgia. He obtained a degree in Pharmacy at Mercer University in Atlanta, then began a lifelong career as a much respected local Pharmacist in Jasper. Tommy loved his family, the Atlanta Braves and the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets.

Tommy joins his Heavenly Father to be reunited with his parents and his beloved son Luke. He is survived by his daughters, Terri Turner-Bowen and Tara Turner-Caton, as well as his grandchildren, Bailey, Blair, Corbin, Devin, Dylan, and Cody. He also leaves behind his brother Joe Turner, who resides in Newnan, Georgia.

Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, September 28th at 11:00 am ET at Cagle Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Norman James officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday the 27th between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm.

Interment will be at Sunrise Memorial Gardens, following the funeral service.

Pallbearers: Bryon Turner, Todd Turner, Brad Turner, Corbin Bowen, Dylan Caton, and Cody Caton.
