Mr. T.J. Prather, age 86 of Jasper, passed away Thursday, July 29, 2021 at his residence.

Mr. Prather is survived by his son and daughter-in-law: Tim & Shirley Prather of Jasper; daughter and son-in-law: Debbie & Mike Aiken of Jasper; fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Prather and son, Willie Prather.

Visitation is Friday, July 30, 6:30 PM until 10:00 PM, Saturday, 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM, and Sunday, 10:00 AM until the funeral hour.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, August 1, 2021 at Cagle Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tony Boyd and Minister Scott Deal officiating.

Pallbearers: Brian Wood, Colton Prather, Joshua Lee, Isaac Chatman, Bryston Mathews, Jerry Walker, Chris Poteet, Dalton Lowery, David Merrell and Lannie Holcomb.

Interment will be at Sunrise Memorial Gardens, following the funeral service.
