Mr. Lee Hughes, age 83 of the Fairview Community in Ball Ground, passed away Thursday September 29, 2016 at his residence.

Mr. Hughes is survived by his wife: Imogene Hughes of Fairview Community; sons and daughters-in-law: Jeffery & Cindy Hughes of Fairview community, Michael & Christine Hughes of Fairview community, and Pete & Joan Hughes of Fairview community; grandchildren: Shelby Hughes, Mandi Hughes, Sheldon Hughes, Sidney Hughes, and Elizabeth Hughes; great-grandchild: Keely Duncan; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Friday September 30, 2016 from 5:00pm until 10:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am until 10:00pm and on Sunday from 8:00am until prior to the funeral service. The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Sunday at Cherry Grove Baptist Church with Revs. Wayne Wright, Edwin Bishop, and Frankie Ellis officiating. Interment at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery.
