Mrs. Shirley Anne Martin Taylor, age 62 of Jasper, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2022 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by her son, Jason Hamby of Woodstock; daughter and son-in-law, Violet & Brandon Stargel of Ball Ground; stepson, Carl & Laura Taylor of Ball Ground; stepdaughters, Tracey & Jason Timms of Blue Ridge, and Carla & Danny Ross of Jasper; brothers, Johnny & Judy Martin of Waco, and Mallie Martin of Carrollton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lillian & Junior Kiker of Bremen, GA, Jill & Carl Morris of Bremen, Monica Martin of Bremen, and Vida & Russell Bartlett of Bremen; thirteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Taylor Jr; brothers, Edward Martin and Franklin Martin.

Visitation is Friday, March 4, 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Saturday, 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM, and Sunday, 8:00 AM until the funeral hour.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, March 6, 2022 at Cagle Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Junior McTaggart officiating.

Interment will be at Cross Roads Baptist Church following the funeral service.

Pallbearers: Brandon Stargel, Johnathan Crews, Jason Timms, Andy Morris, Zach Crews, and Tristian Crews.
