Mrs. Shelba Jean "Cooter" Noland, age 63 of Jasper, passed away Sunday, November 26, 2023 at her residence.

Mrs. Noland is survived by her husband, Junior Charles Noland of Jasper; mother, Frances Blackwell of Jasper; sons and daughter-in-law, Christopher & Tanja Noland of Talking Rock, Coleman Noland of Jasper, and Andrew Noland of Jasper; daughters and son-in-law, Leslie & Chad Groves of NC, and Stacy Noland of NC; brothers and sister-in-law, Michael Blackwell of Jasper, and Steve & Rhonda Blackwell of Ball Ground; sister-in-law, Christi Blackwell of Gainesville; seven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Wednesday, November 29 from 2:00 pm until the memorial service.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at Cagle Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Don Cagle officiating.
