Mrs. Ruby Jean Ray, age 79 of Gainesville, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2020 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

Mrs. Ray is survived by her husband: Kenneth Ray of Gainesville; sons: Jeff Ray of Ball Ground and Anthony Ray of Gainesville; brothers: James Reeves of Dawsonville and Richard Reeves of Gainesville; sisters: Betty Cooley of Gainesville, Maggie Whitlock of Gainesville and Isabelle Wilson of Cumming.

Mrs. Ray was preceded in death by her granddaughter: Jessica Ray; brothers: Paul, Raymond and Edward Reeves; sister: Louise Barron.

Limited visitation will be Monday, April 20, 2020 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM and Tuesday, April 21, 8:00 AM until prior to the graveside service.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at Gospel Temple Church Cemetery, with Rev. Butch Roberts officiating.
