Mr. Richard Jimmy Young, age 60 of Jasper, passed away Friday October 28, 2016 at his residence.

Mr. Young is survived by his wife: JoAnn Young of Jasper; sons: Michael Young of Jasper and Jimmy Young of Jasper; brothers and sisters-in-law: Randy & Carol Young of Jasper and Ricky & Vicky Young of Jasper; sisters and brothers-in-law: Marlyn & Dale Coggins of Resaca and Sarah & Jerry Wyman of Talking Rock; mother: Maggie Young of Jasper; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday October 28, 2016 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am until 9:00pm and on Sunday from 8:00am until prior to the funeral service. The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Sunday October 30, 2016 at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Caylor officiating. Interment at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will accept flowers or make donations to Cagle Funeral Home for the Richard Young memorial fund.
