Mr. Richard Platt, age 54 of Canton, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at The Brian Center.

Mr. Platt is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, Christopher & Amanda Platt of Stockbridge, Daniel Thomas Platt of Atlanta, and Michael Donovon Platt; brother and sister-in-law, Alan Douglas & Robyn Platt of Franklin; sisters and brother-in-law, Darlene & Ron Wallace of Epworth, and Denise Lavender of Canton; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Thomas & Patsy Sue Platt.

Visitation is Wednesday, February 2, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, February 3, 2020 at Cagle Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will be at Lake Forest Memorial Park, following the funeral service.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, donate to American Diabetes Association. They also request that no food be brought to the funeral home.
