Mr. Richard Duckett, age 60 of Nelson, passed away Friday September 6, 2019, at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.

Mr. Duckett is survived by his Wife: Jenny Duckett of Marble Hill; Sons: Eric Duckett of Marble Hill, Carey Henson of Marble Hill, Gregory Deal of Marble Hill; Daughters: Chasety Duckett of Marble Hill, Rachel Duckett of Marble Hill, Sara Ramsey of Jasper, and Melissa Deal of Jasper; Brothers & Sisters-in-Law: Carl & Lisa Duckett of Jasper, Terry & Lynn Duckett of Marble Hill; Sisters: Gail Schien of Marble Hill, Sharon Smith of Marble Hill, and Brenda Duckett of Nelson; Uncle: Charlie Bozeman of Florida; Aunts: Mildred Wilson of Jasper, Carol Henson of Canton, and Mabel Bozeman of Atlanta; twenty-one Grandchildren; several Nieces and Nephews.

Richard is preceded in death by his Father: Luke Duckett; Mother: Edna Duckett; Brother: Gregory Duckett; Sons: Brent and Trent Henson.

Visitation is Sunday September 15, from 2:00 PM until the memorial service.

A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Sunday September 15, 2019 at Cagle Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Bruce Weeks officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
