Jimmy Reece Reger

(March 26, 2000-March 12, 2024)

With great sadness Cagle Funeral Home announces the loss of
Mr. Jimmy Reece Reger of Jasper, Ga., who left this world on March 12, 2024, at
Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesvillle, at the age of 23, with
his family lovingly by his side.

Reece was born on March 26, 2000 to Bradley Reger and Shawna
Hamby in Athens, Georgia. Reece lived his young life to the fullest,
never meeting a stranger. He had an enormous heart, wonderful sense
of humor and he loved to talk. Reece was a fun spirited soul who took
on many passions, like skateboarding, basketball, being outdoors and
fishing with his boys. He had an incredible artistic talent for wood
work, making the coolest wood slides for Everett and Phoenix and so
much more.

Even though Reece was taken too soon, he is now in Heaven with his
grandfather, Jim Hamby, step-grandfather, Paul Hodge and his
cousin, Telicia Taylor.

His memory lives on with his wife, Victoria Reger and two sons;
Phoenix and Everett Reger, mother, Shawna Hamby, father, Bradley
Reger, brother B.J. Reger and sister-in-law, Becki Reger,
grandmother, Petie Hodge, Aunt, Nanette Cooper, niece and nephew,
Madison and Bronson Reger, cousins; Jessica and Wilmy Bernard,
Noah Rahn, Zander, Kane and Ronen, mother-in-law, Patricia Adams,
sister-in-law, Maddie Adams and brother-in-law, Adam Austin.

He will be remembered for all the heart he shared with his friends and
family. He truly loved each of them-and if you knew him, you knew it.
In return everyone who knew Reece loved him whole-heartedly as
well.

A memorial service for Reece will be held on Saturday, March 30,
2024 at 5 o'clock in the evening in the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home
with Rev. Johnny Hunt officiating.

The family will receive friends at Cagle Funeral Home on Saturday,
March 30, 2024 from 1 o'clock in the afternoon until the service hour.

Reece's departure comes as a great shock and a deep wound that is
gravely felt by his entire family and countless others who loved him.

The family deeply appreciates your support during this difficult time
