Obituary

Ms. Patricia "Pat" Ham, age 70, of Jasper, Georgia, passed away on April 11, 2026. She was born on January 10, 1956, to the late Dayton Boswell and Inez Stanley Boswell.

Pat spent the last 51 years of her life with her soul mate, Jason. The two met as teenagers riding around town, and from the beginning, their connection was unmistakable. Jason asked her to marry him after just three weeks, and although she laughed him off at first, she eventually said yes. Their life together was a true testament to the belief that the Lord made them for one another. Pat was a devoted, God‑fearing woman whose love for the Lord was evident in the way she lived. She was deeply invested in being a mother and grandmother. She especially enjoyed camping with her grandchildren and creating memories that will be cherished for generations. Pat loved flowers, particularly pink roses and ferns, and she had a natural talent for decorating, a passion she poured into every space she touched. She was a peacemaker who wanted harmony among those she loved. Pat enjoyed life fully; she was always smiling, loved gospel music, and often listened to Pastor Arnold Murray preach. She had a witty, sassy sense of humor and delighted in making others laugh. Pat lived a blessed life, and she was grateful for every bit of it.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Jason Ham; daughters, Cynthia Coker and Melissa Owens; grandchildren, Ashley Coker, Michael P. Owens Jr., Nicole Coker, William Coker, Jason Owens, and Isabella Coker; and great‑grandchild, Micah P. Owens. She is also survived by her siblings, Phillip (Barbara) Boswell, Sharon Boswell, Dale (Maria) Boswell, Gail (Jeff) Kenkuydall, and Michael (Cathy) Boswell. Her absence will be deeply felt by all who knew and loved her.

The family will receive friends at Cagle Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, from 10:00 AM until the service hour. A graveside service will follow at 1:00 PM at Sunrise Memorial Gardens, with testimonies of love shared by her family.
