Nadra Jim Valentine, affectionately known as Jimmie, passed away on July 6, 2024, with her family and caregiver, Angela lovingly by her side at the age of 92. She was born on July 17, 1931, to the late Mr. Francis Perry Gentry and Ms. Ada Karr Gentry in Roopville, Georgia.

Jimmie was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She possessed a contagious smile and an entertaining sense of humor and was passionate about sharing the love of our Lord with others. She was a loyal servant of God, teaching Sunday school, putting others before herself and taking care of her family. Her signature gift of joy shined through her faith, smiling, and joking and will never be forgotten.

Her parents, sisters and brother awaited her arrival in Heaven.

She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl and Mike Dely, grandchildren, Aaron and Katie Dely and Sarah and Eoin Devlin, great grandchildren, Peyton, Marley and Addison Dely. Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and other family members also survive to cherish her memory.

Jimmie's Graveside service will be held, Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon at Roopville City Cemetery in Carroll County, Georgia with her family giving their testimonies of love for her.
