Mildred Hopkins' Obituary
Miss Mildred Hopkins, age 90 of Jasper, passed away Wednesday May 3, 2017 at Pruitt Healthcare in Jasper.
Miss Hopkins is survived by several cousins including Elise Andrews of Jasper and adopted family Joan & Mark Popham of Ball Ground.
Miss Hopkins was preceded in death by her parents B.N. "Newt" and Lemma Hammontree Hopkins and special friends Glenn Cantrell and Mary Vann.
Visitation will be held on Thursday May 4, 2017 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm Friday at Cool Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Mr. Mark Popham officiating. Interment at Cool Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers that served: AC Coleman, Danny Cronan, Jimmy Fitts, Ben Popham, Carlos Hicks, Bobby Hollingshed, and honorary pallbearer Layla Popham.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to Cool Springs Baptist Church Cemetery Fund or Amicalola Garden Club.
