Mr. Max Free, age 95 of Jasper, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Pruitt Health Care.

Mr. Free is survived by his wife, Pauline Free of Jasper; son, Richard Free of Jasper; daughter and son-in-law, Brenda & Jerry Padgett of Jasper; brothers and sisters-in-law, Billy Free of Jasper, Gene & Helen Free of Jasper, and Leon & Faye Free of Canton; sister, Marcelle Thacker of Ellijay; grandson, Shane & Selena Padgett; great-grandchildren, Ethan Emma, and Aidan.

Visitation is Wednesday, January 12, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Graveside services will be held 3:00 PM Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Sunrise Memorial Gardens, with Rev. Johnny Padgett officiating.

The family requests that masks be worn during visitation.

Flowers will be accepted or make donations to help with funeral expenses.
