Ms. Mary Frances McPherson, age 74 of Jasper, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.

Ms. McPherson is survived by her son, John Eugene McPherson; daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie Ann & Tex Byess, Norma Jean McPherson, and Audrea & Donnie Fountain; brother and sister-in-law, Robert Leon & Nancy Hales; eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, John P. Hales; mother, Diller Hales, and sister, Willie Mae Mulkey.

Visitation is Thursday, March 31, 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Friday, 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM until the funeral hour.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Cagle Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Stanley Mulkey, Rev. Bobby McFarland, and Rev. Bobby Timms, officiating.

Interment will be at Sunrise Memorial Gardens, following the funeral service.

Pallbearers: Jacob Byess, Anthony Chastain, J.J. Cantrell, Robbie Hales, Mitchell Hales, and Matthew Young.
