Martin Keller Sr. of Jasper, GA passed away peacefully on July 22, 2023 at the age of 89. Martin was predeceased by his parents Hans and Nell Keller of Roswell, GA, and his wife Virginia Keller. Martin is survived by his four children, Martin Jr. of Canton, GA, Stephen Keller of Canton, GA, Ed Keller of Johns Island, SC and Caroline Williams (and husband Ken) of Dahlonega, GA. He is also survived by his two grandsons Michael and Zachary Williams.

Martin was born in Little Rock, AR on December 31, 1933. He graduated with a bachelor's degree from GA Tech in 1956. He later served in the US Navy and earned the rank of Lieutenant. After service, he went to work for Atlanta Gas Light, where he retired 30 years later. He was a proud member of the Good Samaritan Church, Knights of Columbus, and the NRA.

His hobbies included camping, hiking, canoeing, and reading. Over the years, he volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America, Habitat for Humanity, and St. Vincent de Paul. Martin contributed to many charities which included various outdoor preservation organizations, native Indian schools, colleges, and political organizations.

Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday July 26, 2023 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Alpharetta, with Father Fleming officiating.

Interment will be at Green Lawn Cemetery in Roswell, following the service.
