Mr. Mark Childers, age 51 of Jasper, passed away Sunday March 19, 2017 as the result of an auto accident in Dawson County.

Mr. Childers is survived by his mother: Jean Childers of Jasper; ex-wife: Brandy Childers; daughters and son-in-law: Hannah & Jacob Bozeman of Jasper and Taylor Childers of Ellijay; brothers & sisters-in-law: Chris & Dawn Childers of Jasper, Corey & Shannon Childers of Jasper, and Chad & Sarah Childers of Jasper; sisters and brothers-in-law: Lisa & John McCollum of Gainesville, Gaylene & Jimmy Gleason of Jasper, and Kaylene & Eddie Ray of Jasper; and grandchildren: Carley Bozeman, Jaylen Bozeman, McKinleigh Bozeman, Brantley Defoor and Josey Defoor.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday March 21, 2017 from 1:00pm until 9:00pm, Wednesday from 8:00am until 9:00pm, and on Thursday from 8:00am until prior to the funeral service. The funeral service will held at 2:00pm Thursday from the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Rev. Charlie Buchanan officiating.

The family requests in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cagle Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
