Mr. Lonnie Leroy Simonds, age 76 of Jasper passed away Tuesday December 5, 2017 at Tranquility Hospice at Kennesaw.

Mr Simonds is survived by his Sons and Daughters-in-Law: Lonnie & Lidia Simonds of Dawsonville, Jeffery & Jessica Westbrooks of Chatsworth and Son: Chuck Simonds of Jasper. Daughter and Son-in-Law: Brenda & Willie Nelson of Jasper, Daughter: Connie Howard of Jasper. Brother and Sister-in-Law: Authur & Thelma Simonds of Jasper. Sisters: Mozell Nichols of Ohio and Betty Roland of Nelson. Eight Grandchildren and Eight Great-Grandchildren

Funeral services will be held Monday December 11, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Cagle Funeral Home Chapel.
Rev. Frank Wilson officiating.

Internment will be at Sunrise Memorial Gardens following the funeral services.

Pallbearers: Kevin Howard, Jason Simonds, Jamie House, Jeffery Westbrooks, Kenny Chumley and Richard Simonds.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to Cagle Funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
