Mr. Julian Bateman, age 72 of Ball Ground, passed away Friday, July 21, 2023 at his residence.

Mr. Bateman is survived by his wife, Alice Bateman of Ball Ground; son, Jay Bateman of NC; daughters and son-in-law, Stephanie Bateman of NC, and Ashley & Wayne Mauffray of NC; brothers, Hobie Bateman of NC, and John Bateman of NC; sisters and brother-in-law, Alice & Bob Hoggard of NC, and Chyrell Bateman of NC; three grandchildren, Bridgett, Rayhanna, and Kullen; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held in North Carolina at a later date.
