Judy Ann Horne Thomas, age 77 of Jasper, GA, formerly of Savannah, GA, passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by her loving family and her beloved dog, AJ, at her residence on Sunday, September 25, 2016.

Mrs. Thomas, who was preceded in death by her loving husband, Gene, was a beloved mother and grandmother, who is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law: Mike Thomas (Laura Anne Thomas) of Savannah, GA, Keith & Josie Thomas of Jasper, GA and Kevin & Amanda Thomas of Savannah, GA; Brother and sister-in-law: David & Pris Horne of Alpharetta, GA; Sister: Nancy Adams of Pooler, GA; grandchildren: Caroline, Casey, Madison, and Blaise; and several nieces and a nephew.

Mrs. Thomas was a 1957 graduate of Savannah High School. She was an avid volunteer and member of the church that she loved and knew as Savannah Christian. Throughout her life, she touched the hearts of many and was a true blessing to all who knew her. In celebration of her life, a memorial service will be held at 11:00am Thursday, September 29, 2016 at the Adult Ministry Building across from the Henderson Campus of Compassion Christian Church in Savannah, with Pastor Jim Bolen officiating for all family and friends. Following the service, everyone is invited to stay for visitation.
