Mr. Joe F. Jarrett, passionate fox hunter, age 81 of Tate Georgia, passed away Wednesday December 13, 2017 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Jasper.

Mr Jarrett is survived by his Wife: Patricia Jarrett of Tate. Son and Daughter-in-Law: Joel Scott & Karen Jarrett of Buford. Daughter and Son-in-Law: Stacy & Tinker Moore of Talking Rock. Brother and Sister-in-Law: Jimmy & Bobbie Jarrett of Marietta. Grandchildren: Lindsie & Kyle Johnson, Trent Jarrett and Drake Jarrett. Great-Grandchildren: Abbie Reed, Hensley Johnson and Kaye Johnson.

Visitation will be held Friday December 15, 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Saturday December 16, 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM and Sunday December 17, 8:00 AM until the funeral hour.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday December 17 in the Cagle Funeral Home Chapel.
Rev. Edward Ledford officiating.

Pallbearers: John Philyaw, Gary Jarrett, Trent Jerrett, Drake Jarrett, Gary Moore and Tim Stancil.

Internment will be at Cool Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
