Mr. Jim "Pap" Elliott, age 78 of Jasper, passed away Saturday April 15, 2017 at his residence.

Mr. Elliott is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law: Robert and Myriam Elliott of Jasper and Randy and Donna Elliott of Talking Rock; daughters and son-in-law: Tracee and Chuck Paris of Jackson and Kristi Conners of Jasper; brothers: Cecil Elliott and Steve Elliott; sisters: Sheila Brown, Sharon Greer, Myra Cassady, and Cindy Ulrich; 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Elliott was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Ruth Elliott; his sister Roberta Elliott; and his wife Trudy Elliott.

Visitation will be held on Monday April 17, 2017 from noon until the time of service. A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm Monday from the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Rev. Terry Combs officiating.
