Jerry David Evans, age 76 of Jasper, passed away on Thursday, April 15, 2021.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Effie & Coy Evans, and sister, Charlotte Chadwick Stephens.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Evans; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer & Jay Walls of Dawsonville; grandchildren, Olivia and Owen Walls; brothers and sisters-in-law, Troy & Joyce Evans of Tate, and Grady & June Evans of Atlanta; brother-in-law, Steve Stephens of Powder Springs; nieces, Linda (Bob) James, Laura Evans, Deidra Chadwick; nephews, Danny (Debbie) Chadwick, Ricky Chadwick, Scott (Beth) Evans, Daren (Veronica) Evans, and Brandon (Maura) Heath.

His mother-in-law, Jewell Buchanan; sisters-in-law, Carol McArthur and Jan (John) Stracker; niece, Melanie (Steve) Gibson, Christian and Abby, also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Cagle Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Corey Rich officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.

Interment will be at Sunrise Memorial Gardens following the funeral service.

Pallbearers: Scott Evans, Daren Evans, Steve Gibson, Christian Gibson, Owen Walls, Brandon Heath, Poley Anderson, and Isaac Anderson.
