Mr. Jerry Ellis, age 78 of Yellow Creek Community, passed away Monday December 28, 2020 at Northside Hospital Cherokee.

Mr. Ellis is survived by his wife of 59 years, Betty Ellis; son: Jerry Leonard Ellis of Yellow Creek Community; daughter and son-in-law: Donna & Eddie Guy of Yellow Creek Community; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Wednesday, December 30, 11:00 AM until prior to the graveside service.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Mount Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Jerry Cantrell officiating.

The family will accept flowers or donations can be made to Mount Vernon Baptist Church.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks are recommended during visitation, and no food can be brought into the kitchen area.
