Jeffery Shane Griggs, age 46 of Ellijay, passed away Friday, September 25, 2020 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital in Ellijay.

Shane is survived by his wife: Brandy Griggs of Ellijay; daughter: Hannah Dobson of Ellijay; mother and father: Pam & Freddie Eller of Jasper; grandchildren: McKinleigh Bozeman, Brantley Paschal and Josey Paschal.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lora Padgett and daughter, Taylor Childers.

Visitation is Sunday, September 27, 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Monday, September 28, 8:00 AM until the funeral hour.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, September 28, 2020 at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, with Rev. Joey Phillips and Rev. Anthony Stonecipher officiating.

Interment will be at the church cemetery following the funeral service.

Pallbearers: Scott Jones, Drew Patterson, Thomas Stewart, Will Hollifield, Dwight Griggs, Chris Tankersley and Clark Galloway.

The family will accept flowers or donations can be made to help with funeral expenses.
