Jeff "Nose" Smith

Jeff “Nose” Smith, age 57 of Ball Ground passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2026. Jeff was born on September 10, 1968 to Carl Junior and Azzie Lee Smith.
Nose loved his grandkids, working on his truck and motorcycle, gardening, and watching bands play. Nose was a TRUE friend to many and will be lovingly missed by his family and friends.Jeff is survived by son Scott Smith; grandchildren Grayson Smith, Micah Giefing, Tucker Smith; sisters Ruth Ann Rampley, Carol Collett, Jenny Smith, Leigh Smith Crowder, brothers Ricky Smith, brother Chris (Kathy) Smith. a bunch of nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends Saturday, August 22, 2026 from 2pm to 9pm and Sunday. August 23, 2026 from 10am to 2pm at Cagle Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 2pm in the Robert A. Cagle Memorial Chapel.
