Jacob McClure, born July 27, 1999, passed away on July 29, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of laughter, love, and kindness that will be remembered forever. Jacob had a remarkable sense of humor, he could make anyone laugh, even on the hardest days, and he carried a heart big enough to hold everyone around him. He loved deeply.

Above all, Jacob cherished being a dad and an uncle. His son, Avery Douglas, was the joy of his life, and Jacob’s devotion to him was evident in every moment they shared. He also took pride in being an uncle to Kaybree, Jax, and Ellie Mae.

Jacob leaves behind his mother, Brandy McClure; his grandparents, Renee Lovingood, and Jackie and Stacy McClure; sisters; Kenzie Williams and Lexie McClure, his aunts and uncles, Michael and Rebecca McClure, and Morris and Lee Wilson; and friends who loved him dearly.

A funeral service Was held on Thursday, August 6, 2026. Pallbearers were  Michael McClure, Kaleb Solomon, Nate Moss, Landon Blackwell, Logan Blackwell, and Jojo Havran. The family request in lieu of flowers that memorial donations may be made to help cover the costs of Jacob’s service.

Jacob’s laughter, his kindness, and his love for his family will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.
