It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Glenn Henry Smith on 2024-02-18 in Jasper, Georgia. Glenn was born on 1942-12-06 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He subsequently lived in Cherry Hill, New Jersey before relocating to Marietta, GA, retiring to his mountain haven in Japer, GA.

He was a national and regional sales manager in medical sales, an accomplished baseball pitcher, and lover of all sports, including tennis, golf, and racquetball.In retirement, Glenn spent each day at the Bent Tree dog park with his beloved dogs and dog park friends.

He is survived by Wife, Deborah Ann (Costello) Smith, Daughters Lauren Arno (Howard Klotzkin), Allison Dellamaggiora (Jeffrey), Bridget Hradsky (Robert). He adored his grandchildren Mackinsey, Zachary, Samantha, Sean, and Jude. He was preceded in death by Parents, Morris and Ada Smith and Son, Sean Michael Costello.

He always lived life to the fullest, willing to do anything for someone in need. Glenn had a huge heart, loving unconditionally. Glenn made everyone who knew him, laugh at all his many stories, along with his dry, quick wit. Our family is grateful to know that Glenn is finally at peace.

Graveside Services will be held at Crestlawn Cemetery on February 21, at 1 PM. All are welcome. Donations in lieu of flowers to The Sean Costello Memorial Fund for Bipolar Research, or Plant a Tree in Israel through the Jewish National Fund.
