Mrs. Geraldine Mewborn , 64, of Jasper, Ga passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on February 3, 2024. Geraldine was born in Tate, Georgia on September 4, 1958.

Geraldine was a devoted wife to Juan for 33 years, mother and grandmother. She was loving and of a giving spirit who took care of not only her family but anyone and everyone she could. While she was known for nurturing all those she loved, her grandchildren were the light of her life. Geraldine and her Thanksgiving dressing will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Geraldine is preceded in death by her daughter, Amanda Burrell. She is survived by her husband Juan Espinoza, sons; Lee and Bell Walden, Steven and Brianne Walden, daughters; Melissa and D.J. Walker, brother; Ronnie Mewborn, sister; Linda Snell. 12 precious grandchildren, and 2 darling great-grandchildren also survive to cherish Geraldine's memory.

The family will receive friends at Cagle Funeral Home on Monday February 5, 2024 from ten o'clock in the morning until nine and Tuesday February 6, 2024 from ten o'clock in the morning until nine.

A Celebration of Geraldine's life will be conducted in the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at two o'clock in the afternoon with the Revs. Franklin King and Joseph Hightower officiating. Interment will follow the service at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be; Austin Walden, Zack Burrell, Caleb Burrell, Jordan Walker, Ryan Evans, Josh Moss and Pat Childers. Serving as honorary pallbearer will be Ryder Walden.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help with Geraldine's final expenses.
