Mr. Gary Yother, of Jasper, Georgia, passed away on November 22, 2024. He was born in Jackson, Georgia to the late Mr. Gene Yother and Ms. Lora Jenkins.

Growing up on a cattle farm, Gary was known for his adventurous spirit, often wrestling cows as a young boy. His love for the outdoors was evident in his passion for walking through the woods, camping, and fishing. Gary found joy in riding around in his truck, taking his nephews on countless rides, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

An enthusiast of archery, Gary's skill with his bow and arrow was admired by many. His appreciation for the simple pleasures in life was reflected in his love for old country music, which he listened to with a heart full of nostalgia and joy.

Gary's legacy is one of adventure, love, and a deep connection to nature. He will be remembered for his warm heart, generous spirit, and the joy he brought to those around him. His presence will be dearly missed, but his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents and stepmother, Jean Yother.

Gary is survived by his wife, Donna Yother, brothers, Glenn Yother, Gregory Yother, Bradley (Lisa) Yother, sisters, Ann (James) Padgett, Tonya (Keith) Jenkins, stepsisters Denise (Robert) Raines and Jerrie Lynn Pendley. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews also survive to cherish Gary's memory.

The family will receive friends at Cagle Funeral Home on Tuesday December 3, 2024, from 10 in the morning until four in the afternoon.
