Mr. Emory Turner, age 77 of Jasper, passed away Tuesday September 13, 2016 at his residence.

Mr. Turner is survived by his wife: Doris Turner of Jasper; son and daughter-in-law: David & Beth Turner of Jasper; daughter and son-in-law: Kelly & Mike McArthur of Talking Rock; brother: Don & Brenda Turner of Jasper; sister: Jan Holt of Jasper and Dot & Gerald Norrell of Dalton; and grandchildren: Brock Turner & fiancee Jessica Nelson, Sarah Turner, Clay McArthur, and Lila McArthur.

Visitation will be held Wednesday September 14, 2016 from 10:30am until 10:00pm and on Thursday from 8:00am until prior to the funeral service. The funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Thursday at the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Revs. Grant Wade and Shane Stephenson officiating. Interment at Lake Forest Memorial Park.

The family will accept flowers or make donations to Free Hope Baptist Church.
