Mr. Donnie Joe Low, age 64 of Talking Rock, passed away Sunday August 14, 2016 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.

Mr. Low is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law: Jerry & Shelly Low of Jasper and Josh & Erin Low of Ellijay; brothers: Tom Low of Ellijay and Auby Low of Braselton; sisters: Carolyn Howell of Cove Spring and Diane Mullinax of Ellijay; grandchildren: Kaden and Kaleb Low, several nieces and nephews, and special friend: Debbie Reddish.

Visitation will be held Thursday August 18, 2016 from 12:00pm until prior to the funeral hour. A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm Thursday from the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Revs. James Thompson and Emuel Sanford officiating.

The family requests in lieu of flowers to donate to Vanderbilt University Urology or Gilmer County Relay for Life.
