Obituary

Ms. Deborah Clark Meadows, age 64, passed away on May 6, 2025. She was born on July 30, 1960, in Jasper, Georgia, to Billy Clark and Martha Sue Clark.

Deborah had the biggest heart. She loved deeply, and her kindness touched everyone she met. She had a special love for animals and always dreamed of having a mini pig. She found joy in the simple things—gambling a little, chatting on the phone, and keeping everything clean and tidy. She was the one who always checked in, making sure her loved ones were doing well. Her family was everything to her. She cherished her brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren beyond measure. Her love was fierce, unwavering, and unconditional.

Deborah will be remembered for the warmth she brought into the lives of those around her. She will be missed dearly but will remain forever in the hearts of those who loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, grandchild, Billie Sue Meadows, brothers, Johnny Clark, Henny Clark, Dickie Patterson, sister, Julia Mead and the father of her children, Lawrence Wayne Meadows.

Her absence will be deeply felt by her surviving family, sons, Alan (Amber) Meadows, Steven Meadows, daughters, Michelle Meadows, Kelly Meadows, grandchildren, Sydney Sandovale, Joshua Wright Jr., Cole Wright, Skylar Lacy, David Lacy, Shanda Meadows, Casey Meadows, Micheal Casey, Zackery Meadows, Bryce Higgins, Layla Higgins, seven great grandchildren, sisters, Marty (Terry) Godfrey, Karen Jordan and sister-in-law, Cathy Clark. Several nieces and nephews also survive to cherish Deborah's memory.

The family will receive friends at Cagle Funeral Home on Friday, May 9, 2025, from six in the evening until nine at night and Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 10 in the morning until the service hour.

Deborah's funeral service will be conducted in the Robert A. Cagle Memorial Chapel on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at four in the afternoon with Pastor Frank Tilson officiating.

The family deeply appreciates your support during this difficult time and ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Cagle Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
