Ms. Darlene Coker, age 45 of Hinton Community, passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at her residence.

Darlene is survived by her daughter: Brittany Coker of Hinton Community; mother and step-father: Faye & James Davis of Ellijay; brother and sister-in-law: David & Tina Boling of Hill City; sister and brother-in-law: Diana & Doug Harper of Jasper; nephews: Drew Moss of Calhoun, and Justin Moss of Jasper; niece; Deana Boling of Hill City.

She is preceded in death by her son, David Keith Coker.

Visitation is Wednesday, September 15,  5:30 PM until 9:00 PM, Thursday, 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM until the funeral hour.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, September 17, 2021 at Cagle Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Joseph Hightower officiating.

Interment will be at Hinton Community Cemetery following the funeral service.

Pallbearers: Drew Moss, Justin Moss, Dalton Coker, Chris Coker, Michael Ponders, Roger Mulkey, and Danny Wilson. Honorary pallbearer: Doug Harper.

The family will accept flowers or donations can be made to Cagle Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
