Today, the Brooks family is mourning the loss of a woman whose life was defined by love, strength, and selfless devotion to others. Dale's caring spirit, dependable nature, and unwavering dedication to her family left an imprint on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Mrs. Dale Raynes Brooks, age 66 of Jasper, Georgia, passed away on October 26, 2026.

Born in Jasper, Georgia on May 21, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Mr. Wilmer Raynes and Mrs. Doris Hughes Raynes. Dale was a woman whose heart was always centered on the needs of others. Considerate, compassionate, and giving, she never hesitated to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Her quiet strength, independence, and dependability were qualities admired by all who knew her.

Above all else, Dale cherished her family. She was a caring and loving wife and mother and a devoted "Grammy" whose grandchildren brought immeasurable joy to her life. Her legacy of kindness, generosity, and unconditional love will continue to live on through the lives she touched.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Ashley and Tim Banks and Amberly and Paul Davis; her mother, Doris Hughes Raynes; her beloved grandchildren, Andy Banks, Lincoln Banks, Arielle Davis, and Edison Davis; her brother, Jeff Raynes; along with several other relatives and many friends.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Eddy Brooks and sister, Nancy Raynes.

The family will receive friends at Cagle Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., and again on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at Corinth Baptist Church in Jasper, Georgia, with the Rev. Jimmy Gayton and Rev. Cody Ingram officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to Corinth Baptist Church Youth.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jason Burnett, Justin Burnett, Justin Green, Easton Burnett, Eli Burnett, and Nathan Brooks.

Though her family grieves the loss of her presence, they find comfort in the countless memories she leaves behind and the example of kindness, faith, and love that she set for all who knew her.
