Mrs. Cindy Mulkey, age 61 of Talking Rock, passed away Friday, December 24, 2021 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.

Mrs. Mulkey is survived by her husband, Danny Mulkey of Talking Rock; son, Daniel Mulkey of Talking Rock; sister, Linda Hancock of Salacoa; half-sister, Tracy Kincaid; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Monday, December 27, 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and Tuesday, 8:00 AM until the funeral hour.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Cagle Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Stanley Mulkey and Rev. Joseph Hightower officiating.

Interment will be at Sunrise Memorial Gardens following the funeral service.
