Mr. Christopher Cheshire, of Talking Rock, Georgia, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 12, 2024, at the age of 49. Chris was born to Mr. Willie Paul Cheshire and Ms. Nancy Jane Godfrey on April 12, 1975, in Marrietta, Georgia.

Chris' caring spirit and generous heart could be felt by anyone he came in contact with, he was selfless and always put others first. Chris was loving, outgoing and had an adventurous streak. He loved to go hunting and fishing, riding motorcycles, the railroad and riding backroads listening to music. When you think of Chris, celebrate the good memories you have with him. Remember life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest. He will be missed more than any words could express.

His father, daughter, Alex Welch, grandson, Jordan Cooper and brother, Terry Cheshire awaited his arrival in Heaven.
He is survived by his mother, Nancy Grizzle, sons; Sean (Harlee) Cheshire, Payton (Amber) Cheshire, Jesse Cheshire, daughters; Chelsey (Shane) Parham, bonus sons; C.J. Voyles, Justin Martin, Nick Mull, bonus daughters; Raven Welch, Alexandra Voyles, brother, Gary (Angie) Simmons and his fiancé, Becky Voyles 20 grandchildren and countless other family members and friends also survive to cherish Chris' memory.

The family will receive friends at Cagle Funeral Home on Saturday, July 13, 2024, from two o'clock in the evening until nine at night and Sunday, July 14, 2024, from nine in the morning until the service hour.

Chris' funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 14, 2024, at three o'clock in the afternoon in the chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Rev. Joseph Hightower officiating. Interment will follow directly after at Town Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be; Payton Cheshire, Sean Cheshire, Christopher Yates, Justin Martin, Nick Mull and Anthony Hill. Honorary Pallbearers will be; Jesse Cheshire and C.J. Voyles.
