Charles Beasley, age 84, of Talking Rock, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025, surrounded by family. Charles was born on Tuesday, November 4, 1941, in Franklin, North Carolina, to William James and Annie Mae Parker Beasley.

Charles had a deep love for all musical instruments, especially the banjo. He cherished his family, enjoyed hunting, fishing, and had a passion for all wildlife. Charles was known for tinkering in his garage and was a skilled carpenter by trade.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ann and Will; his beloved wife, Beckey Beasley; and brothers Jack, Frank, Homer, Joe, Howard, Mac, and Quinton. Charles is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Dean (Melissa) Beasley and Benny (Torrie) Beasley; daughters and sons-in-law, Linda Jones, Brenda (David) Hamby, Glenda (Don) Henley, Lynn (Bill) Alexander, and Janel (Lincoln) Warth; sister Blanche Reece and sister-in-law Mary Sue Beasley. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 21, 2025, from 6 to 9 p.m.; Monday, December 22, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Tuesday, December 23, from 10 a.m. until the 2 p.m. funeral service in the Robert A. Cagle Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Cagle Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
