Ms. Carolyn Blanton Chester, of talking Rock, Georgia passed away at Northside Cherokee Hospital at the age of 77. She was born to the late Mr. Obie John Blanton and Ms. Leo Gail Ross Blanton on November 4, 1946 in Canton Georgia.

Carolyn was a loving wife, mother, grandma, sister and friend. She will be remembered for all the heart she shared with her family and friends. She truly loved each of them and if you knew her you knew it. In return everyone who knew Carolyn loved her whole heartedly as well. Her sweet and kind soul, bright, big smile, always thinking of everyone else, nurturing heart will be sorely missed.

Her parents, husband, Kenneth Chester, son, Timothy Alan Chester, awaited her arrival in Heaven, as well as her brothers and sisters; Elmer, Bobby, Marvin, Charles, Donald, Rebekah Blanton and Rachel Grizzle.

She is survived by her son, Darrell and Neda Chester, grandchildren, Blake and Alyssa Chester. Ally and Brendon who are near and dear to her heart and family also survive to cherish Carolyn's memory.

The family will accept friends at Cagle Funeral Home on Saturday June 22, from five o'clock in the afternoon until nine at night and Sunday June 23, from 11 in the morning until the service hour.

Carolyn's graveside service will be held at Talking Rock Baptist Church Cemetery at four o'clock in the evening with Revs. Jefferey Blanton and C.R. Hill officiating.

The family deeply appreciates your support during this difficult time and will be accepting flowers.
