Mr. Bobby Gordon, age 92 of Ranger, passed away Friday, January 13, 2023 at Calhoun Health Care.

Mr. Gordon was in the Air Force for 4 years and served in the Korean War. He later worked at Railway Express for 3 years, Overnight Transportation for 31 years, then he was a school bus driver for Pickens County for 10 years.

He is survived by his wife, Hazel Gordon of Ranger; daughters and sons-in-law, Melaney Gordon of Ranger, Sherry & Neal Devane of Barnesville, and Charlotte & Jack Ford of Cedartown; brother and sister-in-law, Edward & Mary June Gordon of Alaska; sisters, Marcia Gordon Williams of McDonough, and Lucille Gordon Greene of Harrisburg, VA; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Sunday, January 15, 3:00 pm until the funeral service.

Funeral services will be held 4:00 pm Sunday, January 15, 2023 at Cagle Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will be at Sunrise Memorial Gardens following the funeral service, Military honors will be provided by The Local Chapter 47 DAV.

The family will accept flowers or donations may be made to VA or American Legion.
