Mrs. Barbara Ann Townson, age 79, of Jasper, passed away Monday, September 14, 2020 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital, Jasper.

Mrs. Townson is survived by her Brother and Sister-in-law: Rick & Diane Adams of Canton. Sister and Brother-in-law: Sue & Horace Williams of Jasper. Nephews: David Ray and wife Brenda, Terry Adams and wife Christy, James Adams and wife Robyn, Richard Adams and Austin Adams. Niece: Diane Bates Ligon and husband Jon. She is also survived by many Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren as well as several great-nieces and nephews.

Barbara is preceded in death by her Husband: Eric Wayne Towson, Sons: Tony, Bryan and Duane Ellis, Brother: Lamar (Tater) Adams and Grandson: Mitchell Ellis.

A memorial, graveside service will be held 3:00 PM, Sunday, September 20, 2020 at Indian Knoll Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Mike Mullinax officiating.
