Ms. Amanda Kay Burrell, age 40 of Talking Rock, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2022 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.

Ms. Burrell is survived by her fiance, Aaron Dodd of Jasper; sons and daughter-in-law, Zack & Haley Burrell of Jasper, and Caleb Burrell of Jasper; father, Joe Burrell of Rabun County; mother, Geraldine & John Mewborn of Jasper; brothers and sister-in-law, Lee & Belle Walden of Jasper, and Steven Walden of Talking Rock; sister and brother-in-law, Melissa & D.J. Walker of Talking Rock; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Tuesday, July 26, 11:00 am until 9:00 pm, Wednesday, 8:00 am until 9:00 pm, and Thursday, 8:00 am until the funeral hour.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, July 28, 2022 at Cagle Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Joseph Hightower and Rev. Franklin King officiating.

Interment will be at Sunrise Memorial Gardens following the funeral service.

Pallbearers: Lee Walden, Steven Walden, Pat Childers, D.J. Walker, Aaron Dodd, Ryan Evans, Josh Moss, and Buddy Patterson. Honorary pallbearer, Jordan Walker.
