Mr. Jim Trowell, age 69 of Talking Rock, passed away Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Piedmont Mountainside Hospital.

Mr. Trowell is survived by his wife: Kathy Trowell of Talking Rock; son: Dale Trowell of Jasper; daughters and son-in-law: Stacey Trowell of Jasper, Mellisa & Lance Chapman of Talking Rock, and Elizabeth Gearhart of Indiana; brothers: Ed Young of Arcadia, FL and Bob Trowell of Talking Rock; sisters: Betty Nolan of Arcadia, FL and Geraldine Vaughn of Arcadia, FL; grandchildren: Logan Trowell, Shane Trowell, Austin Trowell, Gavin Trowell, Nevaeh Trowell, Briana Goman, Dylan Goman, Harmony Goman, Courtney Ezell, Madison Fugate, Eli Fugate, Eli Collins, Clint Chapman, Liam Chapman, and Sean Gearhart; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Tuesday, July 13, 10:00 AM until the funeral hour.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon Tuesday July 13, 2021 at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home, with President Belnap officiating.

Interment will be at Sunrise Memorial Gardens, following the funeral service.

Pallbearers: Robert Trowell, Dale Trowell, Elder Dickes, Elder Briggs, Elder Westover, Harry Spooner, and Lance Chapman.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
