Mrs. E.A. Elizabeth Morrison Roper, age 91 of Jasper, passed away on Monday, July 26, 2010 at Grandview Health Care Center. Funeral Services will be held at 1PM on Friday, July 30, 2010 at the Jasper First Baptist Church with Dr. Jimmy Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Jasper City Cemetery. Serving as Pallbearers are: G. William Glazebrook MD, Don Elliott, Jack Watson, Mark Preisinger, John White, Henry White and Kenneth Caudill.
Survivors include her Son and Daughter-In-Law: E.A. Jr. MD and Dale Roper of Seattle, WA; Daughters and Sons-In-Law: Kathryn Roper Costello of Atlanta, Beth R. and Jack Watson of Atlanta and Jan R. and Don Elliott on Menlo Park, CA; Sister-In-Law: Adele Roper Mercier of Blue Ridge; 9 Grandchildren, 4 Great-Grandchildren and Several Nieces and Nephews.
The Family will accept flowers, but would prefer Donations to Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center, in Memory of Dr. E.A. and Elizabeth M. Roper, at 175 Samaritan Drive, Jasper, GA 30143.
Cagle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
