Dr. Ellen M. Bennett, age 64 of Bent Tree, passed away on Sunday, July 18, 2010 at her residence. Dr. Bennett was an Assistant Professor at the University of Georgia.
Survivors include her Mother: Marion Bennett of Bent Tree; Brothers and Sister-In-Law: Bill Bennett of Bent Tree and Roger and Heidi Bennett of Jasper; Brother-In-Law: Bruce Luchs of Bent Tree.
Visitation will be held at Cagle Funeral Home on Friday, July 23rd from 1PM until the Memorial Service Hour. Memorial Services will be held at 2PM on Friday, July 23, 2010 at the Chapel of Cagle Funeral Home with Reverend Max Caylor officiating. Interment of the cremains will follow at a later date at Jasper City Cemetery.
The Family will accept flowers or donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Jimmy V Foundation.
Cagle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
